"We booked for 2 nights and the first night we had a few issues with our room and when I spoke to the Manager she was very accommodating and did her best to resolve these and gave us a free room upgrade. Great management"

Despite the rooms having brick walls and the building being a converted mill the rooms are very warm and cozy. Only complaint would be to have net curtains to let natural light in whilst retaining privacy."

"Great hotel with modern spacious and comfortable room. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I think I got a trainee when ordering dinner though as he was a little unsure what to do. This isn't a complaint, I understand that new people need time to learn and it didn't cause me a significant inconvenience, maybe a little more supervision for new staff would be good?. Food was good but not very hot. Breakfast was good with a decent choice of food."
