"Ololade is a thoughtful host with a lovely property local to the Co-Op Live, in which my group went to see Drake recently (15 min walk). The apartment slept four and was well situated with good value; smelt good and was tidy. The check in is convenient and prompt, and I would highly recommend choosing this property if you are visiting Manchester for an event with a group of people. "

"Helpful communication and access information prior to stay. Great location ideal for event at the Co-op arena only a 10-15 min walk. Had all the amenities, beds comfy however needs updating as some furniture wobbly and doors to cupboards falling off. Is a busy road so was woken by roadworks, the restaurant 2 doors down was playing loud music until late, this didn’t bother us however as we were up chatting anyway. Had extras of cleaning items and some toiletries. Taps in kitchen need washers as...

"We weren’t aware it was a shared property so we didn’t like that, the property was clean but very noisy with the traffic."

"Beautiful accommodation, with tv to chill and relax in the evening. Clean space. Bus stops right outside the accommodation and free parking space available. Host was responsive when contacted. "

"We were parallel to Piccadilly near everything. The location is superb. The "back-picadilly" location might be off putting if you don't know Manchester layout. The lad showing us the flat was lovely Ground floor flat was slightly noisy, but once again, that's fine if you know the area Room and facilities first class "
