"Room very tired looking and needed updating. Bathroom smelt. Not very pleasant ! Toilet tool holder hanging off the wall but cleanliness was the big issue for me personally"

"For a hotel so close to Manchester City Centre this is A absolute find! Within the Ibis group so the basic standards are good, cleanliness et cetera. The rooms are basic but clean and the cost is very very good value. All the stuff I interacted with a friendly helpful. I’m really enjoyed my stay, I do remember to bring your toiletries. Just wait, actually live in Manchester I will be booking again soon because of the convenience to the city Centre"

"Clean and tidy. Night time staff not so sure of what they needed to do. For example, I paid for parking but they didn’t give us a ticket to display in the car which could have resulted in a fine for us. It was only after we asked that a ticket was produced. "

"The room was dirty with hairs in the showers, the rooms were very odd and went out straight into the cold. The lifts and floors were accessible to everyone, there wasn't any lock on the door and the breakfast was poor with dry eggs and grim coffee. It was not family friendly, it's noisy and people were smoking outside in their pyjamas at breakfast time. "
