"I saw a few guests with their pups. We had dinner at the Spruce Farm and fish restaurant, it was delicious & the drinks were reasonable for an upscale hotel. Of course the inside decor is what attracted me in the first place and the location is fantastic in downtown Boulder. My only complaint is that the in room coffee was absolutely terrible. The bed was very comfortable and had great shower pressure so I would give it a 4.5 out of five stars.💐"

"Clean hotel but there’s no parking for the overnight guests. The parking is mostly taken up by the people paying for the hotel tours….so that’s a nightmare. Also hotel "

"Staff booked us in a room already occupied, took forever to get thst figured out at the front desk. Room was half cleaned with TV and bathroom light still on. Housekeeping came knocking at the door at 8:15am when check out isn't until 11am"

"The customer service from Marcus was absolutely amazing!! He really tried to make things right. The rooms on the other hand not so much. I paid for a King bed suite that had Mountain View’s. When I went to the room there were stains on the sheets. I was moved to a double queen room with no Mountain View. This 2nd room had stains in the shower along with metal sticking out from the bottom of the bed. If not careful could really cut up my legs. I was offered a 20% refund but when I contacted Expedia I was told they could not get ahold of anyone from the property. I was really hopeful for this place but sadly I’m disappointed with this property. Next time I’ll pay the extra money to stay somewhere else. "

"Our room was great upon check in, we rushed to get to our dinner reservation and didn’t realize the state of our room until our return. The bathroom shower had someone else’s bathroom products still in there; along with hair. There was a constant knocking in the walls in the bathroom. The bed was large but seems broken, you sunk into the middle of the mattress. "

"It’s kind of gone downhill a little. Room had some very noticeable repairs to previous damage that needed done. Housekeeping could definitely do a little better job cleaning as a surface cleaning in areas comes through."
