"Super stay at this special “micro mansion”, inspiring and creative. I enjoyed the streamlined functionality “Japanese” nuances throughout the space. Communication with the owner was on point- the gate to the tiny home had been broken prior to my arrival, a repairman was sent immediately to fix the situation. If you prefer spartan, clean and quiet experience, this property is perfect!"

"Nice house in a quiet suburban neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants. Only a ten minute drive to the Pasadena Convention Center where I was attending an event."

"The place is very nice. The complex is super quiet. The unit is very comfortable. The bedding and towels are excellent as well. The kitchen was excellent and allowed us to cook some meals there rather than going out all the time, which was nice. As stayed the parking access is narrow, our car was fine, but SUV or large pick ups would likely not fit. Overall, a great place to stay when visiting So Cal, especially Pasadena like us!"

"Booked 2 nights while our home had some construction, only stayed one bc we were so over it. From the beginning, you can see that the host does not put much care into the unit. The dining room chairs are worn and filthy. The “desk” chair has a huge rip in it. The shower door is broken. The bathroom sink faucet handle cover is missing and the sink also fills with water and drains so slowly. There are spiders everywhere, the lamps, in the corners, on the ceiling. "I loved my stay at Kristin and Richard's place. They are warm, friendly, helpful hosts who make it very easy to settle into the studio and find your way around the neighborhood. I'm definitely bookmarking this spot for another visit."

"Shower is very small with a large “step up”, may be a problem for older person. The same “step up” happens at bathroom entrance. Other than that the room was fine."

The area was nice and quiet, close to shopping, eateries, grocery stores and freeway access. The apartment was clean, cozy and simply perfect for a couple!
