"Great location for us attending a wedding in Pasadena. Clean and comfortable with lovely, private backyard, good security and lighting. Enjoyed the little things: good shower pressure, quality ceiling fan for circulation and white noise. Happened to meet the host Michael, who was warm, friendly and a good communicator. "The property was below expectations. The complex was on the rougher side, and there were damaged items in the house including the couch. The bed mattress was still wrapped in plastic and not comfortable to sleep on. The internet speed and tv variety was nice, as well as the patio area. The host was very communicative and brought towels because there weren’t any, but the towels were small, thin, rough and stained. The price was very reasonable, but I would not stay here again. "Stayed with a friend overnight for New Years for the Rose Bowl Parade. The Apt looks exactly like the pictures. Kitchen is sparsly stocked with basic necessities. Nice size rooms, comfortable beds. Right next to the Bunny Museum. The only downside as a planner and traveling for 6 hours the property management would not send me the property information until an hour before checking in. Hence the minus one star."

"Sadly, an unexpected situation with our stay occurred. The listing displayed, showed a delightful area for sleeping, eating and grassy yard for our pets that we received approvals for 1 service dog and 1 non service dog. The area was under construction, no place for dogs to roam and play. During a shower, i noticed water all over the floor & informed host. "Booked 2 nights while our home had some construction, only stayed one bc we were so over it. From the beginning, you can see that the host does not put much care into the unit. The dining room chairs are worn and filthy. The “desk” chair has a huge rip in it. The shower door is broken. The bathroom sink faucet handle cover is missing and the sink also fills with water and drains so slowly. There are spiders everywhere, the lamps, in the corners, on the ceiling. "We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It is located in a very quiet small complex on a quiet street yet close to downtown Pasadena. It looks exactly like the photos on the website and is sparkling clean with all modern amenities, and the bedding is very comfortable! Communication with the host is excellent. It definitely deserves 5 stars in all categories!"

"Lovely property and grounds. We have two rooms. One with a balcony overlooking the Lanai pool and another on the same floor. I would highly recommend a balcony room if you like to sit out and enjoy the view with room service etc. But if you want something more quiet then choose another because it is a popular pool and there were outdoor receptions nearby although they don’t go that late. Both rooms were fairly spacious but need a little bit of updating; other rooms on the property apparently have been. The staff is fantastic at every level and we had superb service at the front desk, both restaurants and at the Tap room. Highly recommend the steakhouse for dinner and ask for a table near the window. We sat there and had a fantastic anniversary dinner. The Tap room is the bar/lounge with great outdoor seating that is very relaxing. We were here over the Memorial Day weekend so there were lots of weddings and people but it was very enjoyable and relaxing. Would recommend calling ahead for your car when coming and going because it is all valet and with the wedding season there can be a wait when wanting to leave. We will definitely be back."
