"The owners were very new. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The room was advertised with a kitchenette, and indeed, it did have one. However, there were no pots or pans, no utensils or plates or anything at all. The owners said things would just walk.away. We suggested having a basket with essential utensils they could give out at checkin. Also it was advertised as breakfast included, which the new owners said they were not aware of. "We had a small issue with our room and the man at the front desk was kind and helpful. He quickly offered a solution and fixed the issue. I really appreciated how friendly and helpful he was because we checked in late at night and were exhausted. We were really taken care of and I appreciated his willingness to help since we were traveling with small children. "
