Nice service rooms are very clean. Definitely one of my spots frequently stay but do they need to work on the landscaping would make this hotel real good

The first room we booked was really nice and big almost a suite but there was white powder on the floor near the AC unit. The shower was leaking, we got moved to another room it was a lot smaller and the shower was leaking as well also the faucets were loose and rusty.

Not a good place to stay

The mattress was so hard, the bathtub was stained brown on the bottom, the ceiling above the shower was falling apart, the floors in the corners of the bathroom had dirt that hasn’t been cleaned in a really long time, and the breakfast was cold at 8 am

Very bad experience, no one on front desk you had to call a number for them to come and help or check you in. The room was dirty, no hot water

I called to confirm a request for a early check-in. It was confirmed that a room would be ready for me. When I checked in they informed me I would have to wait 4 or 5 hours for a room to be cleaned. My stay was only going to be for 7 hours so this wouldn’t work for my needs and was not what I was promised.

The bed is comfy, the service tried their best.

The front desk worker was literally having to do everything. Clean rooms, wash towels, check people in, deliver towels, blankets etc. She should of had help! The bed was fine, but the "comforter" was obviously torn, the shower was cracked and dripping all night. The potty ran all night. Tile was cracked. The hand towel rail was broken off. They didnt have enough towels for rooms booked. The bed only had the bottom sheet and then a small cover over it, no thicker than a flat sheet. I had to go get a blanket, there were none in the room. The hotel seemed very quiet for being so full. The booking says pet friendly but theres a sign in the lobby saying they are not. The owners should be ashamed they allow this place to get this bad.

I called to confirm my reservation and the woman who answered asked if I were local toe Pearsall when I told her no, she said she hoped not because they to rent to anyone local, went to our room, the toilet didn’t fill after being flushed so we were moved to a non handicap room. When my husband went for coffee the next morning..he was told very hatefully that the dining room was closed even though they had the door open and food out for the continual breakfast…our room wasn’t cleaned and when my husband went to o get more towels, he was told housekeeping doesn’t work on Sundays and only every other days. We found a half eaten bag of chips (not ours) in a drawer by the bed and the trash outside the entrance door was over flowing with garbage. Our bed was very hard and uncomfortable. WILL NOT STAY THERE EVER AGAIN.
