"Ok..the property was situated perfectly within walking distance of all the amenities. The property itself was comfortable and quite clean. Although the bed was quite noisy and definitely needed a new one. The room was quite clean, the towels were clean as well as the bedding. The breakfast was of standard buffet style. A little out dated but adequate. Over all perfect for families on a budget. But if you like your little comforts and that little extra, look elsewhere."

"Initially some issues with the room where we raised it with the front desk and was moved promptly to another one. Spa and Pool in need of renovation, the outdoor is also in need of some love. Bar staff extremely slow outside, to the point it was quicker to go inside and order rather than waiting. Really good location, and the hotel could do so much better with some a bit more care and attention to the property and service. Will be back and hopefully it'll be improved!"

"The room is best described as a hotel pod! Very tiny, best suited for solo travellers for sure! Not suitable for tall people lol as our room at least was only 6 feet wide and the bed was the full of it. The bathroom did not have a closing door so no privacy at all for someone using the bathroom. The glass sliding door does not fully close. The room was clean. Staff were friendly. The “exterior” picture provided is not the outside of the hotel, it is not even close. This hotel is next to a five guys restaurant!"

2/10 Terrible

"The room I booked, Jr Suite, was not available so we were given a sub-standard room. The room had a tiny 2ft X 3ft window ar ceiling height. The AC was broken and the room remained at 26⁰C 82⁰F all night. Unbearable! No compensation was actually given, inspite of a promise to do so, for the change in room type. Minimal compensation was offered (Marriott points) for the lack of AC! While the location is great, I can't recommend this hotel based upon this performance!"
