"Brought the grand kids to fossil rim and to see the tracks. It was jot so thought the pool would be a great evening chill but the water was so cloudy you could not see anything—very dangerous! It was cloudy all 3 days of our stay! The pancake machine was broken all 3 days of our stay as well. Left $5 for the next day cleaner ( kids are 6 and 4) but they did not vacuum or replace the towels. When asked they said it was too late. "The room seemed clean, but the property was not great. Grass needed to be cut. Lights out in the hallway and all around the property. The breakfast was so sparse and ill-prepared that we had to buy breakfast elsewhere. The property is in a good location and the staff were friendly. It just seemed to be poorly managed and maintained."

"Upon the check in and the check out, 2 staff members stood out. I checked in on 7/18/26 at around 2 p.m. The clerk was friendly, professional, and helpful. He did everything to make us feel welcomed. When we came back to our room around 5:00 p.m. and clerk was on duty. She too was friendly, professional, and helpful. The whole city lost power and she kept us of informed of the repairs. This was a very reasonable priced clean hotel. I would definitely return."
