"We were amazed by the service we received by all staff members, starting with our pick up from the ferry port. All the staff members were very friendly and made us feel like royalty. They helped us organize a local tour placing the calls for us to the tour provider. The breakfast was delicious with quite an array of items for every tastes. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet getaway for a short or long stay. We could only stay one night this time but we shall return for a longer stay in the future."

"We were extremely disappointed with this accommodation and would not have given it any stars if possible. Booked here for the last 2 nights on the island as near the airport and thought it would be treat. (Superior Family Room). The hotel looks very nice walking in, but when we got into our room we were in for a shock, it was like some third world accommodation, nothing like the photos on website. Dirty, mouldy, paint flaking, very dated old tatty furniture, tv not working, stained curtains, no cushions on garden furniture, no wifi in room, mattress so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. The bathroom smelled very mouldy and we had nobody clean our room the 2 days we were there. Complained but got nowhere, wanted to check out, but refund refused. Spend a lot of money on very basic accommodation, who gave this place 5 star rating is beyond me. Fully aware that a 5 star in Greece is not quite the same, but this hotel is totally mis-advertised."
