Pine Cone Cottage is a brand new rental in Hamptonville, NC.  Located in a park-like setting and surrounded by forest, fields, and rolling country-side, you'll find the peace and tranquility to be just what you need.  On the main level there is a kitchen/living area with the kitchen being furnished for cooking, a full bathroom, a bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a washer and dryer.  Upstairs in the loft area is a cozy reading corner and two full-sized beds.  Outside is large covered porch for relaxing and a hot tub for washing away the worries of the world. Pine cone cottage is always sparkling clean and thoughtfully furnished to ensure your stay is peaceful and relaxing.

- We kindly ask that there are no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.

- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

- Please be aware you will be charged 10% of the total trip at booking and the remaining 90% will be charged to the card on file, thirty days before check-in.

- Absolutely no pets. If a pet is discovered, there will be a $250 upcharge.
