Great Service, Great Service it is the secret of the hotel. We enjoyed staying the property, large room with huge bathrooms and nice balcony. The hotel was clean and quiet and pool area is well maintained. The service level at the restaurant was superb and so is the food! We had a great massage at the SPA, it was relaxing. The reception team did excellent service helping us fixing our reservation. I would like to emphasise the great service we got from: Menuka, Gerom, Blessy ! Recommended property!

Terrible stay

This hotel being a 5 star is a joke. The rooms are very old and the bathroom had a very bad smell to it. The room was not maintained well and was dirty. I have stayed at numerous 3,4, and 5 star hotels all over the world. This was by far the worst hotel and experience. The hot water did not work properly for showers and the lights went out at least once an hour. The restaurant’s food was very oily and they did not serve proper lunch after 1:30pm so for check in we had very few options. We had to visit nearby hotels during the stay for lunch because this hotel was not very accommodating. After a 10 kilometer hike we would have limited options and went to a nearby lemon tree hotel and the food there was much better. If I had to rate this hotel I would give it 2 or 3 stars and definitely not a 5. Online it says there are 2 restaurants but in reality only one will be open and there is no cafe at all. If you want a mediocre stay then you should stay here but if you want something memorable please choose another hotel.

The elephant court is a comfortable and beautiful 5 STAR Hotel that meets all expectations. It has clean rooms, pools, entertainment program, fitness and health areas, a good restaurant and is located in walking distance to the Periyar National Park. The WiFi didn't work well, unfortunetely and while kids are considered children up to the age of 17 on expedia, but not in the hotel, we had to pay extra for my younger brother there. But it wasn't much, so it's ok. All together I liked the hotel a lot and enjoyed my time there.

Authentic and Serene!

Amazing place and a must stay for those seeking the authentic and traditional Kerala experience. The service is amazing and the staff go out of the way to make your stay memorable. A hughe shout out to the staff for the Christmas Dinner. With a rebound of the pandemic (Dec 2021) the staff did a brilliant job managing the buffet and ensuring everyones saftey. While the bathrooms get a 5 star for ambience an only area of improvement would be the bathroom plumbing. The resort ambience and customer service more than compensated for this issue though. Keep up the great work!!!

Excellent stay!!

The property was fabulous. Right from the check in to the services was all what one would expect of a property of this standard. To add to it the small patio gives a homely feeling where you are surrounded by trees and birds chirping.

Great location great food

Wish there was a bar and more food location options. There was only one on-site restaurant, but the food was great. We had no towels or extra bed on our room. Towels came later and the extra bed was not available. The location was good and staff was friendly. The spa was very basic place.
