"We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. "We really enjoyed our stay here. Great communication, with clear and detailed instructions for check in and using amenities. Lovely neighborhood, used the metro to get around, about a 10 min walk to the station. Very clean and comfortable. One of the best places we have ever stayed at. Highly recommend! "
