I wasn't given the code to enter the building, nor was I given the entire code to open the apartment door, and I was stuck and frustrated until I found another apartment occupant by chance, who suggested the rest of the code. I had called to try to reach the host but they only got back to me after about a half hour of trying.
I also emailed the host and asked for a bathtub mat because the slippery porcelain bathtub was dangerous to get in and out of it, and there was nothing to hang onto to stabilize myself. There were no grab bars. After about 3 days I asked again, and they said they didn't get my message, and they would not provide a bathtub mat. I would have to buy one if I wanted it.
Many landscaping river rocks were in the parking lot. They should be shoveled out of the parking lot and relocated to the rocky areas. You can twist your ankle getting out of your car if you aren't careful. It also looks unkempt.
Other than those problems, the apartment was very nice. The location was excellent; and quiet even though it is across the street from a hospital. I love the town of Pella.
