"Stunning property in immaculate location on the beach. Excellent amenities. Unfortunately, our stay was let down by the service, which although never rude, showed a lack of experience at all levels, including duty managers. Difficult to even order a cup of tea at breakfast, which often arrived without a mug and teaspoon, and à la carte breakfast food arrived lukewarm frequently. Overall, beautiful hotel but disappointing service for a 5* establishment"

A special shoutout to Amanda at the front desk—she is absolute perfection and the true crown jewel of top-notch service. The fact that she recognizes and warmly welcomes us back year after year makes each return feel like coming home. Thank you to the entire staff for keeping up such fantastic service. "We really enjoyed the all-inclusive part of the resort. The reservation-only restaurant at the resort was terrible, but the buffet was consistently good. Probably would have stayed a couple of days less than we did so we could explore more than we did, but it was a nice time. The views can’t be beat, and the weather is perfect for the beach and pool."
