"The area offers so much history, culture, cuisine and nature, but it’s hard to resist the peacefulness, quality and views of the house alone. My friends and I can’t wait to return and I’m writing this just as we pass through the gate! We were a group of eight, with a couple of friends joining us from Athens for a day or two. The split levels, various lounge areas, beachside and poolside make for plenty of space. Paddle boards, pool floats, kayaks and more are provided to keep you entertained, too. One night we had Mrs. Stella prepare us a fantastic meal, she catered to specific requests and requirements in terms of allergies with ease. She also comes every lunchtime to tidy and clean, bringing hotel quality to the stay. The pool is cleaned and grounds maintained every few days, too. The nearby village, a short walk along the beach and up some steep steps, provides amenities and restaurants. We were in town during the low season, so these were only really open at the weekend. Nafplio, the incredible old capital of Greece, is a 20 min drive across the bay and is stunning. "

"The hotel was very nice. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were clean and comfortable. There was a stunning green wall paper and chandelier. The bathroom was clean and they provided lots of shampoo and conditioner and body wash/lotion. The cleaning staff was great as everyday we came back to a clean room. The front staff was lovely. She was so helpful with checking us in and provided very detailed information about parking and local recommendations for places to eat and see. The brunch was delicious and the hours it is open (7:30am-1pm) is very convenient. I highly recommend the greek eggs and fresh orange juice. Would definitely come back to this hotel if I returned to nafplion. "

"Wonderful stay. Great location for peace and quiet at night. The area is conveniently located near all restaurants and highlights of Nafplio. In fact it is perfectly situated. What a view of the Palamidi fortress. Had the suite on the 3rd level of the pension with a massive roof top patio with furniture. Great awning to keep away the sun what a view. Nico the owner and Cristo (the parrot) were welcoming and very helpful with suggestions for dining, coffee and gelato. All were great. Well done Nico !"

"This place is incredibly beautiful! The room is nestled in the heart of a charming neighborhood filled with shops and restaurants. But words cannot describe the quaint little community. Just go see for yourself. The room isn't the most luxurious, no elevator, no fancy lobby dining. But it's so cozy and private in the top floor. Room A5 has a great balcony area i could spend much more time here. "

"Beautiful hotel in the Nafplion Square's edge. Fabulous inside. Only issue was construction next door but we did not go to Nafplion to stay in the hotel room during the day - so it was fine. I did ask to change the room as Balcony overlooked the construction mess. Staff was very helpful. SUPERB breakfast in Greece with fresh OJ form nearby Orange groves. Nothing was missed. Management responded with refund for a missed cancellation promptly. Absolutely will stay here again. "

"Parking was a bonus as parking is often a challenge with smaller streets and congestion. It was easy to walk to the port and old town shopping areas. "
