Liked helpful staff and position for accessibility to town. Didn't like 1st night no parking in the location so parked on the street, 2nd ok. Didn't like toilet in room location of light switch and toilet paper location both hard for aged mother.

Awesome room, right in the middle of town and right next too the Pemberton hotel pub which has awesome food and a chill vibe. Was quiet at night with a good size room and good facilities for the price, microwave, fridge, sink and shower/toilet.

There were a couple of things broken the kitchen tap was leaking and toilet seat cracked but other than that it was good the service was great the staff are excellent and the food was very good

Great service and very friendly helpful staff. Rooms were clean and spacious and bathroom facilities fantastic except for hot water was underwhelming. Kitchen shuts at 8 even on weekends so order early. Fantastic Gluten Free options and staff helpful.
