"The staff were extremely friendly and made you feel incredibly welcome. Our room was lovely and the bed was comfortable. The food was all lovely but my pet hate is sticky tables and unfortunately that is why I’ve given it 9 stars. Everything else was perfect. It wouldn’t put me off coming to stay again but would be an easy sultion to address the sticky tables even by putting cloths on them "

"We had a lovely stay in Swansea and this hotel suited us perfectly. The food was great and almost all the staff were very friendly and always on hand to help. As a family of 4 with 2 teenagers we needed to get 2 rooms. One of the rooms was great but the other was road facing and quite noisy early in the morning. Overall, a great stay."
