"Room seemed liked it was recently refurbished, so was in good condition, comfortable bed, lovely bathroom. Not all areas of the hotel were in such a good condition. Our dinner in the Bar and Grill was not a good experience, with no vegan options, poor quality food, mistakes with our order, and such a long wait for our food that we were offered a free round of drinks from the bar, I wouldn't eat there again if I lived locally! There wasn't enough floor staff on duty for a very busy Saturday evening. The breakfast was fine though. Overall an ok stay, but Village Hotels would not be on my list of hotels to visit again"

The only thing we were asking was, if there was any cold beverages in the room for example if there would be some cold drinks such as cold water provided or cold refreshing fizzy drinks.
