"I'll start by saying this was by far the best hotel I've stayed at in the poconos area. The place was spotless. They even dust the tops of the picture frames,mirrors,etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There hot tub room actually worked. I couldn't believe it. I've had some bad experiences with hot tub rooms, they never live up to the price. But the Baymont hotub room is the place you wanna go if you need to escape for a bit and just relax, enjoy life a little. they also have an indoor pool, bar/lounge, exercise room,and mini arcade. I would recommend to anybody looking for a hotel in the poconos. Great place, greater people, greatest time. "

"All staff were very professional and knowledgeable. The environment was peaceful and pleasant. The concierge lounge was well maintained and had good food and selections of beverages. Was our second time at this hotel. Big improvement from first visit which was near first months of operation about a year ago. Keep it up and we will return ASAP. Thanks."
