"I thoroughly recommend Barcelo Torre Madrid. My wife and I arrived at the hotel at 730AM after almost 18 hours of travel from Canada. We were exhausted and jet lagged. The staff at this hotel are some of the warmest, most helpful and kind staff I have ever encountered anywhere. They held onto our luggage and we purchased their breakfast buffet. They also worked to ensure we would get a room as quickly as possible. The breakfast buffet is AMAZING! Do not miss it. We were only at this hotel for one night, but it was the start of our trip and I can’t thank the Barcelo Torre team for making us at home. After their breakfast and their king bed, we felt ready for our trip and in a great mood — and not jet lagged!
