夜中にベルを鳴らされ、オーナーによりドアを開けられたのですが、事前に連絡や説明をすべき！いきなり鍵を開けるのは違法&犯罪では？

またトイレットペーパーの補充が一つも置いてなくて困りました。(アプリのサイトを使って連絡しました)
最終日に部屋を出た後以外には、掃除してもらえない仕組みのようです。
だから、途中でタオル交 換やトイレットペーパーの追加なども、何らかの方法で伝えないと、してもらえません。"
