"I was worried to share this gem but they deserve the credit, this was the best hotel we stayed at in Costa Rica, had the villa without a pool, private, secluded, and clean. The breakfast was in a room near a balcony overlooking the mountains and valley. Somewhat like a dream! It's so close to the waterfall which makes visiting it so easy and it's a short drive to town for great dining."

"This property is magical. The view feels like a private oasis in the mountains. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The accommodations are exactly as pictured but the views are impossible to capture. The pool is a great with cool water and in room coffee and a fridge were unexpected treats! Housekeeping came each day to refresh and restock supplies to keep us tidy. Horseback riding with Mingo booked through La Mansion was the best experience of our entire trip! It was just our family...

"Lovely little B&B with a warm and friendly, artsy vibe. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. Water heat/pressure was sometimes hit or miss (not a real issue, but just to level set expectations) and there was no A/C (as expedia said there would be)--but it's way up in the mountains and open windows cooled things fine! We loved the staff, the tasty breakfast, the beautiful bottles embedded in the walls spreading color everywhere, and the amazing patio! PLENTY nearby in terms of food, including a Soda...
