The only thing that would have been helpful is for them to provide information upfront that there’s not really a valet parking option available and there are no bell captains that can help with our luggage."

"I can't say the rooms were spotless but they were clean. The staff and managers I encountered were were courteous and willingly helpful for whatever. I was asked about the room and I brought up the few things that should be looked at and she wanted to take care of it now. I told her it wasn't no need to hirry. They could do it after my stay. The one big thing i don't like about this hotel is the lack of proper parking. Its either on the street or a overpriced lot down the hill. Other than that, I'll come back."
