"Everything was fine except for the rattling sound on the ceiling, where the ventilator is, that started only at night, when you wanted to rest. We reported it and hopefully by now the issue was solved. Breakfast was great, we also enjoyed the free activities. Staff was also very friendly and professional. Love so much the layout fo the pool area where a lot of shaded areas and pool beds. I will definitely recommend this property when you want to stay in Sanur area."

The staff is the best representation of excellent customer service and attentiveness. The staff was very accommodating. Highlights for my stay: the breakfast buffet, hands-down one of the best breakfasts in Nusa Dua definitely would recommend the addition to your stay only $11 usd also the beach access is prime location center of the beach. The fire Night show on Friday night was amazing.The restaurant Ikan was great I had Blue Lobster and Large Tiger Prawns! Lit & live the Dj she was keeping the vibe & mood right !
