"No 5* Hotel but the swimmingpool was clean and important de beds are clean and the airco works perfect. Breakfast is sober and if you want you can get a good but chaep meal. the family who runs it are very sweet and helpfull. The distance to the main road is just too far to walk, but with a scooter for 100k Irp per day it is doable and you can explore the rest of the island. "Lovely villa in very quiet area of Ubud. If you were looking for a secluded place to get away from every day hustles, this is the place to be!! The wifi connection was decent. The location was very inconvenient if you want to explore central Ubud and only one dining option available within the resort. Some of property features were "overkilled" I thought, like outdoor shower, toilet and living area. Certainly they did add "charm" but when raining, practicality and inconvenience took over. But...
