Yan Nick was so helpful and I would recommend you take the Batur hiking trip he recommends along with renting scooters from him. He cleaned the rooms and the location felt safe and secure. Was a great location and easily walkable area. Would stay again!"

"Everything is near perfect ! Would have loved for the bubble to be a little more clear as per the photos on the website but that’s just wear and tear. It’s so pretty. Highly recommend if you need to replenish and just clear your mind out. The food was amazing and the staff so helpful and so polite as always. "

"Staff unfriendly...sheets, doona in my son's room had sex stains all over them. Reported to staff at 2.10pm...returned at 8pm and still not fixed. Both rooms were old and dirty...when we checked in at 12.00 they tried to say we had 1 room booked...fixed that and then when we came back at 2pm to go to our rooms they once again tried to say we had 1 room booked. We had booked 5 nights and stayed 1! Other people were also upset and leaving. I feel that it is a scam....they want you to leave. ...

Because the bag in which the money was kept was not taken to any place with us and it was in the hotel itself. "Highly recommend! Location is great, close to the port, 1 to 2 minute walk only. It’s very clean, spacious rooms, safe, and the staff is amazing. They helped us to get to and from Harmony Guest House every step of the way. They scheduled our boat trips to and from the islands, made reservations, and got the tickets for us, and even walked us toward the port.
