"The check-in experience felt quite busy, with a long queue that made the process feel somewhat impersonal. In addition, the airport transportation I requested through the front desk was not booked as expected. Thankfully, the concierge was very helpful on the day of my departure and was able to assist with arranging transportation. I was grateful for their help, though I wish the overall experience had felt a little more seamless and personalized."

"This was a great hotel close to the airport after flying into Denpasar in the wee hours of the morning. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a great breakfast buffet. Also it is attached to the Holiday Inn Resort where the front desk arranged for us to have massages. The staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect start to our trip. One tip if you book through hotels.com the messaging isn’t really looked at, I would recommend finding their number to message on WhatsApp, it was easy to get responses that way."

"Booked last minute and kept extending our booking for a total of six nights. Well located above the Kuta Beachwalk Mall. Incredibly clean, quiet, exception staff and amazing cocktails at happy hour. Easy walk through mall to places to eat/shop/massages. Pool large and clean. Would definitely stay again. Beds super comfortable, plenty of bottled water provided each day. Breakfast fabulous has everything you would need. Would highly recommend if you are staying in Kuta."

"We had a family room for 5. It was a bit tight but it worked for us. The large balcony provided extra living space and we made it work. We stayed 4 nights at the end of our 3 weeks in Bali. We just wanted a rest spoke where relaxing was the focus. My kids are 12 10 and 7 they enjoyed the pool slide and resort run pool side activities. We didn't use kids club. There were a lot of families and a lot of Aussie drinking. There is a small adults only section that was very quiet and good to relax away from all the noise of families but not to far away. Food options were good. We liked the Irish pub. We also had a photo shoot and were very happy with the photos. We walked to shopping centre and to the beach and along the waterfront."
