"The property itself is amazing , note the wellness, gym and suana are all separately paid for and not included in the nightly cost. When I arrived the room had a broken curtain rod and ac not working. Just did not feel homey compared to the other resorts for that price. Also the vibe in the place is filled with security personnel breathing down your neck. Doesn’t feel welcoming at all. I loved the suana and wellness part but hated staying at the premises itself. "We visited in July 2025 as a family of 4. We had a fabulous welcome and the room was great, lovely outside shower area, plenty of storage and thoughtful amenities. We especially loved the fresh daily breakfast that was made to order and enjoyed from our private outdoor terrace next to the private pool. The staff arranged our sightseeing tour which was fantastic and highly recommended. Wayan was our guide and ensured we saw all the best sites, he was fun and friendly and the best photographer...
