"We had such a great stay here, especially considering we arrived quite late after a long-haul flight. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. It was a little difficult to get a space on the hotel shuttle, so we ended up grabbing a Grab instead, but the hotel was so close to the airport that it was honestly no trouble at all. We booked the cheapest room option and were pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable it was. The Wi-Fi was good, there was a TV in the room, and the shower was really spacious,everything we needed for a quick and comfortable stay. We also added breakfast to our booking and it was delicious! My partner is STILL talking about the pancakes 😂 The staff were genuinely lovely and so accommodating, even when we asked if we could check out a little later than 12. They made everything feel so easy and stress-free, which we really appreciated being in another country for the first time. We would definitely book here again and highly recommend it, especially if you’re looking for somewhere convenient, clean, comfortable and close to the airport!"

"From the moment we arrived, the service and genuine warmth from the team across every department really stood out. Everyone was welcoming, attentive and friendly. The resort itself is beautiful, with stunning grounds that are so well maintained. The little touches really make a difference too — even the squirrel feeding was such a fun touch! 🐿️ And the breakfast… wow! There is an incredible selection, with so many options that you could easily stay for a week and still want to try something different each morning. Overall, this has been such a wonderful stay. It’s clear a lot of thought goes into the guest experience here, and from someone who works in resort management, I really appreciate when a property gets all the little things right. We are absolutely staying here again and have no hesitation recommending this resort. ❤️"

"From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and welcome. We booked tanah gajah for our honeymoon and wish we had stayed for longer than 4 nights! The hotel has so much to offer - a tethered hot air balloon (worth every penny), professional photographer, rice field paddy tour and kedac dance nights. The staff were all brilliant and we slept amazingly well. We would definitely recommend the resort to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Ubud."
