"The villa was very well presented and all staff on site through to the airport transport driver were amazing, friendly and helpful. There was no ask to small. The private pool and outdoor shower/bath were great. The location is in a very easy walking distance to the main area of Ubud. Minor issue with the wifi consistently dropping connection to our devices, but not enough that it ruined our stay there."

A+ to the staff. Vinna and Kadek are like having family around. They took excellent care of us. They cooked a fantastic breakfast every morning especially the homemade sourdough bread and jam. Helped arrange transportation around Ubud and was just generally there for us when needed. The room was very nice, but was a little disappointed there was no TV. A/C worked like a charm. Outside area was full of beautiful flowers/plants. I'd definitely recommend it!!

This hotel was tucked away in unspoiled nature. Seeing the steam rise from the canyon after a rain never disappointed. On the first night, monkeys were migrating through my yard. I think they wanted the welcoming fruit basket. Jero took really good care of us. It was also nice talking to Agas, who has a sister in Nashville. Everyone was so friendly. I am not a fine diner, but I can appreciate the care and effort the restaurant staff took. Edi took time to talk about the local dishes created.

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the General Manager and our Butler, to the breathtaking pool villa, the grounds, the pool, everything it was amazing!!! I can't say enough about this very special place except that I highly recommend it. We have stayed at a lot of four seasons over the years and was blown away by this experience at the Ritz Reserve. The rooms are new, clean, the bed is so comfortable and they don't put sheets on the comforter, they actually put a real duvet cover,...

The White Villas Ubud

Ubud City-Centre

10/10 Excellent

My husband and I stayed at The White Villas for a few nights to round out our Bali trip. It was by far our favorite property we stayed at out of the three we booked. The property is even more gorgeous in person- it’s a lush, quiet, green oasis just steps from the center of town. The rooms are clean and well designed, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The service was the best we’d had in Bali- everyone went above and beyond. The daily complimentary breakfast was wonderful. As stated...

What an incredible stay! My wife and I stayed here for a couple nights on our honeymoon and never wanted to leave. This was our favorite place we stayed over our 2 weeks in Bali. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating and the check-in process is very unique...instead of sitting in a lobby signing papers, you are taken directly to your villa and given a welcome massage. The villa itself is stunning. An infinity pool hangs over the jungle with an outdoor lounge area. The room is...

This property is amazing!! I would definitely stay here again. All the staffs were very friendly, courteous and attentive. They made me feel so welcomed and they all spoke English pretty well. They picked me up from the airport for about $30 U.S dollars and it was stress free. The property has an infinity pool and the view from my room of the rice field was so beautiful! They have a shuttle that runs every few hours to take you to the center of Ubud where you can walk around and eat and shop....

10/10 Excellent

Our stay at Jannata Resort in Ubud was absolutely unforgettable. The views are truly spectacular and create such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. What made our experience even more special was the staff. They are some of the kindest, warmest, and most genuine people we’ve ever met. Every interaction made us feel welcomed and valued, and they went above and beyond to accommodate any request we had. The room service was prompt and excellent, our villa was spotless and beautifully maintained, and...
