"Lovely spacious room which was clean and comfortable. Tasteful, themed decor with pleasant shower room providing soft and fluffy towels and toiletries. Lovely breskfast provided in the restaurant with very helpful and friendly staff. Would recommend for a stay in Chester due to perfect location by the river, yet close enough to the centre of the city. "

"Loved our stay at here, staff were very welcoming and helpful and patient with our young Vizsla dog. Ideal set up for staying with a dog, with rooms located opposite site of the car park to the cosy pub. Food was excellent. Definitely would come and stay here again. "

"Very good value stay £70 room including 2 breakfasts'! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only slight downside is the noise if there is live music in the pub, but this wrapped up around midnight for us and closing the window made it barely audible to no big issue."

"We loved our stay at the Britannia Inn. The room was spotless and the bed so comfortable. Ann was so welcoming and friendly which added an extra special touch to the stay. Oh and the food … amazing!! I will be back for sure. "
