"The family friends we were meeting who grew up in the area unfortunately had a relative pass away so we were on our own exploring the area; however, the house, mainly the front deck was a great area to gather and enjoy everyone's company; we also had their kids stay with us as a distraction and there was plenty of room; my wife and kids loved the sound of the farm, moos at different times of the day."

"Spent the weekend here with 6 other girls, plenty of space to spread out and relax! We had plans all over the lake and this was the perfect central location to do everything we wanted to do. House was clean and cozy, exactly as pictured. Our only complain is the coffee maker took 45-60 min to brew a full pot, probably just needs to be replaced. Would recommend to anyone wanting somewhere reliable in the area for a small group or larger family!"

"This was our first trip to the Seneca Lake area. We had stayed at a VRBO home at Lake Champlain for the last three years and we told Patrick and Pat their farmhouse and property totally won us over! Their renovated farmhouse was amazing with ample space for our family of six adults. It was modern with the farmhouse vibe and had all we needed.
