We love this charming hotel built into medieval stone and very close to the Maiella mountains! Staff were excellent esp Eugene who can converse in English well, very generous of his time and provided excellent service throughout as well as Petra who was so funny and kind - both made the pleasant stay even better! Food was fantastic with breakfast having a great selection of both savoury and sweet treats. The only problem was the lack of airconditioning (there was a stand fan) in the room making sleep almost unbearable as we came at the hottest time of the year. No wifi in the room meant we had to do our logistics planning in the restaurant in the same building, just incovenient. Other than that, we will come back in a heartbeat!

Piccolo e moderno hotel perfettamente integrato nel contesto montano della maiella. Vista strepitosa, cordialità, ottima cucina e buona colazione hanno reso la nostra permanenza piacevole e rilassante. Un grazie a tutto lo staff che con professionalità e semplicità ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Anche solo per il ristorante consiglio una visita. Un arrivederci a presto!

non c'era TV in camera, il servizio ha fatto del suo meglio ma credo debbano roganizzarsi meglio, la colazione non era pronta alle 7 come specificato. l'hotel ed il risotoramnte sono buoni ed alcuni ambienti originali con le rocce vive che fuoriescono dai muri

Da dove partire?!Avevamo prenotato una "suite"...sottoterra senza finestra, immersa nella puzza di muffa e con qualche ragnetto di troppo!Per fortuna ci hanno cambiato la camera!Una quadrupla "spartana" senza aria condizionata,il 23 Agosto!Chiediamo un rimborso x aver dovuto cambiare camera vista l'allergia di mio figlio(a muffe e acari)nessuno si palesa(proprietario inesistente)e nn ci viene rimborsato nulla!!!Per non parlare della totale assenza di parcheggio!!Unico punto a favore il panorama e la colazione...se nn becchi il tavolo sotto il sole cocente!!Due tende compratele...e le zanzariere mettetele data l'assenza dell'aria condizionata!!!

Preciso che le stanze non sono dotate di aria condizionata e per questo motivo (almeno la nostra) la notte faceva molto caldo, ma il personale è stato davvero gentile e comprensivo. Consiglio di andarci perché merita sia l’hotel che il parco intorno. Un’esperienza davvero unica!
