"Make no mistake, this is a Red Roof Inn disguised as a nice riverside hotel in Fulton. I don't have an issue with Red Roof Inn when it is priced like a Red Roof Inn. But this is not worth $160+ a night when Syracuse is just a bit farther south. There are remnants of a quaint hotel with a dilapidated dock that is off limits and closed restaurant. It is clear that this hotel has two sides. The nightly travelers stay close to the lobby while the more permanent residents live near the back. ...

"The room had mold in the shower. The toilet did not flush. There was a weird mirror across the headboards. It was the very bottom in price but we checked out after one night. The $30 more per night at a different hotel, was well worth it!"

"Good place to stay."

"Friendly staff and a very clean hotel and rooms. Great location, less than 10 minutes from Destiny mall. Would stay there again anytime."

"Bed was very comfortable. Shower was very good. Elevator stunk with Old Carpet ++ Room smelled of old Carpet! Heater made so much noise I left it off and slept in my sweat pants. Asked for a 4am wake-up call and they called at 3, not accounting for daylight saving"

"Great place for our quick one night stay. Suite was roomy and a great price"

"La chambre avait encore des serviettes sales à notre arrivée, les murs étaient tachés et les bases de lits démontraient de la malpropreté. Par contre, la salle de déjeuner était très propre et bien entretenue."
