The rooms are outdated. I ask for room service one of the mornings and they only made up my bed. No new towels or wash cloths! Terrible! Junkies are standing outside day and night. Loud noise. Never Again!!!

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. There were other peoples hair on the bed, stains, boogers on the walls, and very sketchy people hanging around outside. When I told the staff we were leaving I got a massive attitude and still waiting to get refunded because horrible experience.

The place is run down. There is cheap liminate flooring on top of carpet with large gaps. Bed was large and ok. The worse part was the HVAC unit in our room sounded like a turbine spinning up. LOUD! Coming down the hall you were in danger of a contact high from all the weed being smoked. And to top things off. There was someone singing in the stairway until 2:00am. Not joking!

Breakfast was extremely limited to cereal, luke warm coffee, small amount of luke warm milk in a thermos for cereal and coffee, no decaf coffee and no hot water for tea. You could also choose from four white pieces of bread and four frozen waffles that were lying out on a clear plastic small shelf. The dispenser labeled orange juice had a small amount of some odd shade of red colored substance. This breakfast is misleading as it was at best a sparse continental breakfast, but the advertised picture suggested a full breakfast. I and most others went without breakfast. A kid ate some dry cereal. Not quite even a snack station. Disappointing. Also, the dock out to the river was broken and completely closed off from any access.
