Enjoy direct access to the sand and sea, or relax on our beachfront veranda and enjoy uninterrupted ocean views, or watch the dolphins frolic in the waves. Our cottage is located right on the beachfront row of pristine Penneshaw Beach on Kangaroo Island.

The cottage has recently been renovated and extended, including the addition of a large master (3rd) bedroom.

Dolphin Bay has three bedrooms (Queen, double and single). The Queen Bedroom is a new with built-in wardrobes, and floor to ceiling glass window panes and external access glass sliding door with prime beach/bay views.
Bedrooms 1 and 2, have been rebuilt and now also include built-in wardrobes. - these two bedrooms remain original sizing and are hence considerably more compact in size.
Kitchen and living areas have been fully renovated and are open plan layout.
Bathroom is located directly off the main living areas - original in size but nicely refreshed via renovation and consists of of shower, toilet and vanity. Our bathroom is clean, tidy and very presentable.
