Our lovingly converted 1976 Bedford bus boasts panoramic ocean views on Kangaroo Island looking back at mainland Australia.

This is a unique experience, complete with a super comfortable double bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and charming outdoor fire pit.

You have uninterrupted ocean views from the bus and her lush garden surrounds.

The bathroom is compact, yet the shower is powerful. The simple internal porta-loo feels just like using a normal toilet and will be serviced for you.

A perfect spot if you are looking for a new experience away from the hotels and crowd. The bus is conveniently located just off the road from the ferry terminal. It has a double-bed and fully equipped kitchen. The shower has running water but the toilet is less sophisticated. We traveled in a caravan before so we were prepared. It was just the two of us, we cooked a nice dinner and had wine. We were greeted by Sade, who was friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is that the lights outside the bus did not work so it was hard to grill outside. The motion activated light worked well but you had to move constantly to keep it on. Overall an adventure we will always remember.
