"We loved everything except when we pulled out the sofa bed from the couch, the mattress had a very big stain on it. But I told the front desk and I'm sure they'll take care of it because they were all excellent even very late after returning from a concert. Great hotel. "

"I was in a handicapped room with a big heavy bathroom door. When I opened it, the space under the door was big enough to get your toes stuck under the door, and I did. Just let them know for a fyi. Little cury, no problem other than hurt like hell. Probably my own fault, but pay attention if you’re in socks. "
