Everything was lovely from the room , the lovely extras ( shortbread biscuits , lovely bathroom products) the bed was really comfortable. The staff were great and the breakfast was excellent. We also charged the car overnight , which was really convenient.

Room we were in only accessed by stairs but we managed. There are other rooms with easier access if required. The staff are always lovely and helpful. The views from the lounge and dining room onto the water feature are beautiful. We have stayed a few times when travelling north or south.
