"We loved this condo. It was neat and clean, and we loved the beachy vibe from the colors and decorations. We also truly appreciated the ample supplies of soft towels, soaps, kitchen supplies, and detergents. We didn't need to buy anything for our stay here. We also loved the ample beach supplies provided; chairs, umbrellas, and toys. The balcony was very nice and has a great view of the sound. All in all a great experience."

"Very nice! Quiet and in a great location close to everything. Had a hiccup with 2nd restroom shower (user error lol) but had a fast response from maintenance to troubleshoot. (There is a ring on the spout you need to pull down to turn shower on....we had a harder time than we should have lol) Love the property. There were four of us here having an extended girls weekend for my daughter's 21st birthday and we all had a blast. Also, the extra items were so useful! (Wagon, chairs, paddleboards...

"The condo was well appointed and clean. Great location with a good seafood restaurant a block away. The owner was very quick to respond when we contacted him. My only suggestion would be the mattress in the guest room was in need of replacing. It was a nice mattress but had met its life expectancy. If I visit Pensacola Beach again, I would not hesitate to rent this condo."

"The property was nice. The rooms were clean. There was a couple light bulbs burnt out and the a/c had a small issue but otherwise was nice. The bad thing was that this property is apparently seaonsal and we were not told that some of the restuarnts were closed and that there was no where on site to have breakfast includong the continental breakfast that was also closed due to seasonal. The only option was srarbucks for a coffee and bagel. Even starbucks does not make breakfast sandwiches during...

"We were in town for just that, my daughter's graduation and we secured this condo back in February for this occasion. The host was super helpful, she even offered payments in segments. The property was fully stocked with every need right down to beach chairs, beach towels, even hand lotion. It really was move in ready for us. I would most assuredly use this host and this property for your Pensacola Beach vacation and/or family function!!!"
