Welcome to 𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒚𝒂𝒘𝒉𝒊𝒍𝒆 ! This is a gulf view condo rental unit 1606 located in tower 2 at Portofino resort on Pensacola Beach . This has fabulous consistent 5 star reviews and in this biz in a sea of condos that says alot ! Views of both the sunrise and the sunset from this gulf front condo can be seen. You do have to walk across the street to get to the gulf but that is the same for all Portofino condominiums. Some condos at Portofino have an electric grill some do not. This does not just wanted to make sure you know that up front.

Ok to get the business out of the way...YOU MUST BE 25 TO RENT AND STAYING ON PREMISE ! Six max including children. We do not advertise on Craigslist and lastly I highly suggest you buy travel insurance at the time you make a reservation in case you have to cancel and it's within the three weeks where it becomes nonrefundable of arrival or for calamity/hurricane etc....we personally do not sell insurance. You can buy it from VRBO or many other companies as a optional add on at the time of booking.

All of the units my partner and I manage have consistent five star reviews which says alot in the vacation rental business. We load up the units right with lots of extras like coffee ,laundry detergent ,cleaning materials, beach towels,etc little things that most vacation rentals simply don’t leave . We want you to bring yourself , your luggage and not worry about the garbage bags ! This unit is directly facing the gulf of Mexico gorgeous balcony view awaits you . This unit sleeps up to 6 people MAX two bedrooms ,one king bed in the master, one queen bed in the second bedroom and a double sleeper pull out sofa in the living room. 2 1/2 bath fully equipped equipped and stocked .You don’t need to bring much more than your luggage and yourself to feel like you are at home.

Portofino charges $80 to check in and $25 each additional day for their amenity fees . The amenity fee simply goes to Portofino, not to the owner and that covers your use of the resort facility pools ,Jacuzzis etc.,lifestyle center, some things are optional and extra you will have to ask the front desk of Portofino what those are but this covers the use of the indoor Olympic size pool ,outdoor pools, Jacuzzi ,fitness room. That is included in the quote there are no extra fees besides the quote given.
