We tried to think of everything you may need when we set this condo up for vacation guest, well maybe not everything but all the essentials to relax and prepare your own meals. A comfortable place to lounge with a great view best describes this condo.

Sabine Yacht and Racquet Club is in one of the best locations on Pensacola Beach.
The sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach are only 200 steps away. This is a waterfront property directly on Little Sabine Bay. Ideal for paddleboards, kayaks or bring your boat. Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville Resort is about 500 feet to the East. You can walk to get a cheeseburger in paradise at their Landshark Bar. A trolly stops right in front of the building for free rides west to Peg Leg Pete's fresh seafood restaurant or east to the main entertainment corridor.

The condo is nicely decorated. Their is a new king size bed and two new queens in the master bedroom. Comfy sheets and quality towels are provided, but you may want to bring your favorite beach towel and plenty of sunscreen. We also have beach chairs and a cooler you can use.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. Seating for eight at the table and the bar. Or you can sit on the huge balcony and look for Dolphins swimming by in the Gulf of Mexico.

Great Location. Perfect View. Comfortable Stay.

First time but will definitely return. It was the perfect getaway for us with our adult daughter and her dog because it was pet friendly and near the west side dog park. It’s also away from the most congested part of Pensacola Beach, which is nice.

Pensacola half marathon in January

This is a great comfy condo. Very pretty place with the best views. Convenient to the airport. Our daughter ran her first half marathon. It was just up the street. Huge grocery store just a couple of miles away. The kitchen in this condo has nice pots, pans, baking dishes so you can cook. There are great restaurants close by. Ron, the host, was very helpful and responsive. We had a great stay.

Beautiful Beach Seekers

My Mother (86 years old), my cousin (78 years old) and myself (68 years old) and our 3 year old Maltese Needed a nice, safe and beach accessible vacation getaway. We loved the beach and the condo. We would have preferred to be on the beach due to accessibility issues with seniors. We had to walk across the street however we loved the Nearby Dog Park and the beach was very clean. We will be back!

Wonderful, clean and comfortable

The view was breathtaking, the condo was very clean, it was more spacious than i imagined by the pictures. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed. There were no bad odors at all. The condo pool was very nice. The beach was a very short walk away.. the host was always quick to respond to my questions . He even left some beach toys for us , that i inquired about , for my granddaughter. The building was quiet and parking was easy and close.

Stunning views and great location!!!

My friend and I stayed here for four days. The property is beautiful. Balcony view is spectacular. We spent many hours watching the ocean from the comfort of the condo. The furnishings are cute and the kitchen was a plus. We liked the full-size appliances. It had most everything to make you feel at home. We also enjoyed all of our meals at the snack bar. We liked the simplicity of check in and check out. The location is A+ The beach was a very short walk, maybe a block and a half. We also made the half-mile walk to the main strip. Very easy to get in and out of. Ron was amazing and very responsive to any questions that we had. I definitely would stay here again. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful view

Great location and close to the beach. It does not have direct beach access, but isn't a far walk. Would be a great place to walk from in cooler weather, but we ended up driving everywhere due to the weather being over 100 degrees and humid. It was nice to have spices there for cooking. Owner was quick to respond to questions. You may consider getting a Sunpass before traveling here if you don't already have one. Even though we had planned to stay on the beach, we ran across to Gulf Breeze a few times and each time will be a new charge so I'll expect to get upcharged when the bill comes in the mail.

Spacious apartment in great location.

We would stay again. At check-in, there were a couple of problems. Cleaning was still in progress due to a cleaning person having a personal emergency. Also, the substitute cleaner arrived to find the air conditioner inoperable, and the host had to call for emergency HVAC service on a Sunday. The HVAC tech was able to get the A/C on, but apparently not operating correctly. It was fine for us for a day, but ultimately the A/C failed again. The host had to summon the HVAC company again, and they replaced the faulty part. These issues were beyond the control of the host but were quickly addressed. The unit was clean and in fairly good repair. There were two cabinet doors in the kitchen that wouldn't close properly and were held together with rubber bands around the knobs. The kitchen fluorescent lights would come on erratically when switched on and probably need ballast work. One annoying problem was with the toilet in the hall bathroom. The toilet apparently had a bad valve in the flush mechanism. When flushed, it whistled and squealed VERY LOUDLY at any hour it was used. Hopefully, the host will have that problem corrected as it was reported to him via VRBO messaging. Otherwise, this unit and building is quite nice. It's not beachfront, but the beach is about a block walk. Again, we'd stay again.
