New flat screen smart tv's, 2 Queen mattresses in 2nd bedroom. Quality linens , comforters and extra pillows. 1100 living space square feet. , 1 king bed with flat screen smart tv

Very easy walk to the beautiful white sand beach-gulf and bay side.
House has total room darkener shades for your convenience or open and let the sun shine in.
Non-smoking house with no pets so very clean sanitary home.
Low sound Central A/C and Heat
3 pm check in and 10 am check out time and house will be ready to go. Late fee for late check out will be applied.
Please no reservations within 5 days notice unless approved by the owners.

This beach property is located on a cute lot approximately one football field to the beach on the bay side of Via DeLuna, the main road on the Island. It is one mile from restaurants, boardwalk and the pier with palm landscaped nice sidewalk and bike path. A Free Shuttle is available just in front of the street in Summer Months. Beautiful drive and bike/walking paths to the National Park Seashore.
Calm bay water for kayaking and safe swimming is located 1 block away and the boardwalk is nearby.
Local vendors, shops, convenient stores , gift shops, surf shops, Aveda Spa near.

One responsible party over 25 years of age , copy of drivers license required prior to arrival and application.
Cancellation policy, 30 days prior to check in date.

clean beach home in a great location. a couple of blocks to the beach and a quick walk to the boardwalk with bars and restaurants on the way. perfect size with all of the needed amenities. recommend staying here.

wonderful beach vacation

Have stayed here a couple of times and the location and house does not disappoint. Good communication and recommendations from the property manager. Perfect for my family of four with plenty of space to spread out with the kids each having their own bed to sleep. Very clean house with offering needed amenities, plus convenient location to both the beach as well as the boardwalk with restaurants and shops along the way. Recommend and will return.

Felt like Home!

This charming house was exactly what we needed. It was close enough to all the shopping and restaurants that we walked everywhere. The beach was a short walk as well. Everything was so clean and the beds were super comfortable. I have nothing negative to say. IT WAS PERFECT!!

Nice clean beach house

This home is in a great location as we were able to walk to restaurants and shops plus the beach is conveniently only a couple of blocks away. The home was clean and the bamboo around the outside patio was a nice touch. It was nice having a washer/dryer, but also having a kitchen with all the cooking supplies along with clean linens/towels. A beach wagon with an umbrella/chairs were supplied, and there was an outdoor shower. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants a great place to stay on their beach trip.

This is my first rental from VRBO. We are very happy with our experience. This house is awesome. Location is perfect. Well equipped kitchen. Clean and comfortable. Owner was wonderful to deal with-very helpful and always available. Will definitely book again.

The overall stay was very nice, the owner was very communicative and helpful. The beds and showers are some of the nicest I’ve encountered, in a vacation rental. The house was just like the pictures, clean and plenty of amenities to make it homey. If I were ever to come back, I would probably stay there again. Very close to the beach and the access closest is handicap accessible. Very nice experience
