"The property was nice. The rooms were clean. There was a couple light bulbs burnt out and the a/c had a small issue but otherwise was nice. The bad thing was that this property is apparently seaonsal and we were not told that some of the restuarnts were closed and that there was no where on site to have breakfast includong the continental breakfast that was also closed due to seasonal. The only option was srarbucks for a coffee and bagel. Even starbucks does not make breakfast sandwiches during...

"We were in town for just that, my daughter's graduation and we secured this condo back in February for this occasion. The host was super helpful, she even offered payments in segments. The property was fully stocked with every need right down to beach chairs, beach towels, even hand lotion. It really was move in ready for us. I would most assuredly use this host and this property for your Pensacola Beach vacation and/or family function!!!"

"The unit was very nice - well maintained and very comfortable. A few issues with traffic - but it was spring break - so that's expected. Only issue we had was the "whistle". It was very windy 3 of our 4 nights, and there was a very pronounced whistle throughout the unit - enough to wake you up at night when the wind gusted. Not sure if it's around the door seals, or up between the ceiling and the roof. But when you open the door it goes away - so could be the door - or opening the door...

Quiet Beach Getaway-Available for Blue Angels 2024!

Beautiful and quiet

"We enjoyed our stay it was quiet, clean and very comfortable. There are lots of steps to get into building and up to the bedroom they are a bit steep! Not a place for anyone that cannot use steps. Only issue I had was one of the beds are squeaky so it woke me up constantly and neither mattress was very comfortable for me, but I have back issues and it only effected me not my partner, he slept just fine! We drove up to Gulf shores to Opal beach about a 20 min drive from the condo and we thought the sand was softer and the water was clearer it was very tropical and not as many people! We really enjoyed that beach! If your considering staying here you will enjoy it and you will be very pleased with the ease of checking in and promptness of the management."
