"Loved our stay. The golf course was right behind us, and even though we didn’t play any games, we watched it everyday. The beaches were less than 10 minutes away. We had neighbors everywhere, but nothing loud and obnoxious. Definitely will come again"

10th Floor Corner Unit Gulf Front! Sand Dollar Key Condo!

"The condo was beautiful and very well decorated, and the furnishings are new and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for basic cooking, and we appreciated the Brita water pitcher. However, the ice maker may need servicing, as it made very little ice. Thankfully, there is an ice vending machine available on site. We have rented many condos in the past, and this one hits our #1 for cleanliness. The view is fantastic. The only cons I would mention would be the lack of laundry in the unit. When I booked the unit, I missed the fact that it didn't have this feature, and as I have never run into this issue in the past, it was somewhat disappointing. There is a shared, coin-operated laundry in the basement of the property. The property also was very, very well kept and clean. As far as the beach, the beach service sets up very early and puts out chairs to cover the entire front row close to the water. For those of us who bring our own setup, it is somewhat frustrating that they do not leave us an area that we can enjoy close to the water. Fortunately for us, many of those chairs went unoccupied, so we just set up in front of those. That being said, had the weather been better, it would have been a perfect vacation."

"This condo was wonderful! Great location, close to many different beaches and things to do. Within walking distance to a beach as well! Amanda was great, she helped with every single question we had even giving us suggestions of things to do and places to eat. We really enjoyed our stay and we were sad to go."

Beachfront - 2 bedrooms for price of one!

"When I booked this property I was looking for a quiet area that wasn’t crowded. My husband doesn’t do crowds and this location was great! Plenty of room on the beach. It wasn’t 3 rows deep like most condos. The pool was hardly ever crowded. Several times we walked by it was empty. Getting to the beach was fairly easy as well. They have a beach mat and not a normal boardwalk so no steps. Overall we really enjoyed the location. Now for the condo itself. It was super easy to get to. It’s right there as soon as you get off the elevator (sometimes the elevator would get stuck but eventually corrected itself) the keypad entry was a nice feature as well. My biggest complaint and I’m really not one to complain was the cleanliness of the condo. It really needs a thorough deep clean. I tried to overlook it but it’s just a honest fact. It could use some TLC. The sheet on the main bed would not stay on the bed. It was a fight every single day to get it around the mattress just for it to slip off again. It was so annoying. The bath towels were also damp the first day we got there. Luckily we had beach towels to shower with and I had to throw them in the dryer. I blame most of this on the cleaners of the condo. I also want to add that I did not bring up any of this up to the owner. We just accepted it and decided the rest of the experience outweighed the other issues. I do feel they would have addressed it or apologized but I would be doing a disservice if I didn’t mention these things."

"Patty is awesome great communication the house is always very clean and nice we love the fenced in back yard our little girl Coco (shitzu puppy loves playing ball in the yard and very close to everything we do when we are in the area this was our 2nd year in a row staying here and saving our money already to come down and stay next year.
