"We had an amazing week at Seascape and can’t say enough about the location and functionality of the house. Any maintenance issues we had (minor) were resolved quickly and the amenities provided and quick walk to the beach made our stay very enjoyable. You’re also a short (less than 10 minutes) drive to a grocery and drug store if you need anything. I would recommend bringing your own beach towels, even though provided if you are concerned about additional hefty fines if the provided towels are lost or damaged. Also, the full property is two duplicate residences that can be closed off with doors both up and downstairs. We rented full house, so keep that in mind as sharing the property could possibly be an option and there would be shared areas like front porch, back porch and pool. We would definitely book again! "It was great to be steps away from the beach and for the property to have an indoor pool for the chilly days. This specific condo is at the very end of the walkway so the farthest away from the parking garage. Only half of the power outlets worked, some of the curtains were falling down, and there were lots of places where the walls needed to be touched up. Not all of the light bulbs in the ceiling fans worked and the big lamp in the living room was somewhat broken when we got there (the light bulb socket was falling out). The skillets need to be replaced, a lot of the Teflon was coming up....We also bought batteries because some of the TV remotes wouldn't work. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The Phoenix X is a great location and very budget-friendly. "
