"We had a great stay! It was Very quiet and the private beach was calm and perfect for our young kids. It is very close to groceries and restaurants. It was one of the most relaxing vacations we’ve ever had. We look forward to staying here again!"

"We loved it! The beds were comfortable, all the appliances worked, and there were so many things we could do (volleyball, swim, watch TV outside by the pool, kayak, putt golf). There were dolphins swimming in the bay just 10 feet from the pool. The house is supplied well with just about anything you need (volleyball, football, chairs, sand making tools, etc.).The host communicated with us well.We definitely recommend this home!"
Gulf-Front Gem Is A Perfect Vacay Hideaway!!

"Aside from Hurricane Isaias forcing us to evacuate a day early, this was a great experience. The condo was clean and just as expected. Not extravagant, but had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. Looked like it had some updates in the past couple years. Loved the easy access to the beach, the building had multiple rolling carts to make transporting luggage from the car to the unit easy and check-in/out procedure was hassle free.The unit has capacity to sleep 6, but I'm not sure where that many people would put their stuff. Also, the bunk beds are not adult size - definitely meant for children. There were only two of us so it felt manageable, but I would feel really claustrophobic if we'd had our kids with us. If you're not planning to spend much time actually IN the condo, I guess it wouldn't matter. One nice feature is the pocket door between the hall bunk beds and the living room area. Be aware there is no beach gear, you need to bring your own chairs/umbrellas/etc or rent them. There is a company set up at the end of the walkway so it's convenient (although a bit pricey - 50/day for 2 chairs & 1 umbrella).Building is very convenient to local shops/restaurants. Unless you want to go into a neighboring town, you can easily walk everywhere.Would definitely stay here again."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful day! The condo was clean, spacious, and had all the typical items needed while on vacation. The view from the balcony was beautiful! Our kids also loved the indoor pool with a great view!"

"Great location with great amenities at Spanish Key. Parking was tight due to everyone having bigger vehicles, but there was enough parking. Highly recommend this place. Easy check in and easy check out."
