Amazing sixth-floor condo with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms right in the heart of all the action on Pensacola Beach at Emerald Isle Condominiums. This rentals features a balcony off the main bedroom and living room directly overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! There is also a private washer/dryer, central AC, and free WiFi. Every room in this condo has a TV. There is a 42' Plasma TV in the living room with a VCR/DVD, and TVs in the main bedroom and guest bedroom. Beautifully decorated with tropical beach décor, this condo is equipped with a king in the main bedroom and a queen in the second bedroom. The main has its own private bathroom and the other bathroom is conveniently located near the second bedroom and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

absolutely loved it here! the view was amazing and in walking distance from the beach!! only problem we had was oven did not work but we were told that before our arrival. also the shower head in the master bathroom was not working properly but we loved the jacuzzi bathtub!! definitely recommend staying here !

Nice interior and a great view! Direct access to the beach and loved the pool. Would definitely stay here again! I personally liked that there wasn’t a lot of decor because I have a 3 year old that likes to get into things. I didn’t have to worry about him breaking anything so that was a plus as well!

Great vacation rental!

Great, convenient beachside location. Had an issue with the oven when we first arrived, but they fixed it right away. Had three kids with us and was plenty of room for us all. Would highly recommend.

Relaxing getaway

Had a wonderful time.The unit we stayed in was exceptionally clean and the view was fantastic. The oven didn't work (we were informed of this, but not until long after we had reserved and paid for the unit), but that wasn't an issue for us, and I thought the blender more than made up for that. We rested well with the great pillows in the rooms, I would definitely come back again.

This unit was perfect for our group. Location was perfect, close to restaurants, bars and shops. Loved the beach and hot tub. Washer and dryer was useful. Great view from patio. Loved it here... 2nd bedroom could use new mattress in near future.

Nice stay

Loved how open and roomy the living area/kitchen is, nice view and balcony. Very clean. King bed was okay to sleep on but a little loud when moving around and fitted sheet wouldn’t stay on, also small tv in both bedrooms that should be upgraded. Overall would stay here again

Certainly felt secure. Beach chairs and umbrellas were a plus. Guys putting them up we’re friendly and helpful. Kitchen could use a few more pots, but we were able to make do. We were able to walk to restaurants

Awesome view

Million dollar view of the Gulf. Enjoyed our stay greatly. Only a few things we would suggest. Upgrade the TVs, clean or replace the carpets and security boxes were an issue for us as well as others. We would definitely stay again.
