New to market, owner managed!

Sabine Yacht and Racquet Club is a 12 story luxury Condominium. Our well appointed condo is located on the 3rd floor (3A) with views of Little Sabine Bay from the open living area as well as both bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the additional bedroom has a queen. The living room has a brand new queen sofa sleeper and the new chair & 1/2 pulls out to a twin bed. Both sleepers have upgraded Gel Foam mattress. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convince. Available upon request include beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cart/wagon, and cooler!

The complex faces the Gulf in the front and Little Sabine Bay in the back. There are tennis court and a large pool that over look the boat dock and Little Sabine Bay. Guest are welcome to use the boat ramp at no charge. Slips can be rented on a weekly basis if available. You can also enjoy the well equip fitness center and sauna. A walking / bike path runs in front of the complex and can take you on a 5 min walk to the center of Pensacola Beach (lots of restaurants, shopping, mini golf, bars and nightlife) Or jump on the free trolly that will take you all over the beach. A trolly stop is located at the front entrance of Sabine.
The white sand beach entrance is located to the right of the Holiday Inn, across the street. Lazy Days Beach service rents chairs and umbrellas right on the beach.

Very nice view and the room were filled with nice interior. The condo was clean and easy to check in. There were beach chairs, umbrella and cooler box that you can use which was convenient. Plenty of parking. Communicating with the owner was easy and responded quickly. Will rent again.

Crazy not to stay here
For this price point, with this location, and this level of cleanliness, you’d be crazy not to stay here. Laura was an incredible host and very responsive to any request. You can tell this is privately owned and not by a private equity company using a 3rd party management company. It’s close enough to the main drag that you can enjoy it within a few minutes, but it’s not on the main drag which avoids the crowds. Beach access was simple and beautiful. If you decide to stay here, please take care of the property as if you owned it so Laura will continue to offer it to renters to enjoy it with their families.

Well equipped condo with great views and everything needed for the beach.
We had a great time. The pool was nice and even had a few other kids. The beach wagon, chairs, umbrella and cooler were nice to have available. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Great place.

This condo was the best place I have ever stayed at!! Not only was it the cleanest, it was the most gorgeously decorated and cozy place I have ever rented. Well worth the price! The view from all the rooms was breath taking. Communication was top notch and owners were always available by text and email. Check in was a breeze. Will definately stay there and no where else when visiting Pensacola Beach.

The condo and property were wonderful! Easy access to condo. Location is convenient to the boardwalk area and restaurants being only a little more than a mile down the road. The condo is fully equipped with all we needed. Super nice to have Prosecco waiting in the fridge and beach chairs and cooler available to use! The owner was quick to respond with info for our arrival and departure. We will definitely stay again!!

Great One Month Stay
This property was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our home away from home for a month. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware, bakeware, bar ware and pantry items. The living room was very comfortable as was the king size bed in the master bedroom. The location of the condo was excellent for our needs. Just a short walk to the beach, a bit of a longer walk to restaurants and shopping and a short drive to get to everything you may need. There area was quiet and very safe during the month of February. We enjoyed our time in and around the condo and we also found that the downtown area of Pensacola was a great place to visit as well.

Great Condo!
Very nice condo overlooking Little Sabine Bay. Everything was perfect! Newly remolded walk-in shower in the Master Bathroom was great. Beds were very comfortable. A bottle of wine was chilling in the refrigerator for a welcoming gift. Everything was very clean. We will be back!

Outstanding Stay
If I could give the our stay 6 Stars, I would have. The condo was clean, comfortable, an well appointed. Our hosts were always available, communicated well, and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed their welcome gift of orange juice, and Prosecco for morning Mimosas. The location is less than 1/10 mile from the closest public beach, and is in close proximity to the attractions of Pensacola Beach. We will be repeat customers
