Do you love great views? This spacious two-bedroom condo with study is the perfect spot for a family vacation. Imagine 1372 square feet of inside space and a 160 square foot balcony. Plenty of space for the whole family!

The kitchen, dining area and living room all boast amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico with floor to ceiling windows. The master bedroom also has floor to ceiling windows, balcony access, a king-size bed and large en suite with soaking tub, separate large walk-in shower, two vanities and private restroom area.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and direct access to the second bathroom. The study has a queen pull-out sofa. The sofa in the living room also makes into a bed allowing the condo to sleep 8 guests.

If you like to work out while on vacation, you have access to the Emerald Dolphin gym.

Location was great. Manager on site was extremely helpful and responsive when the wifi and router went down on a couple of different occassions. Sand toys were not advertised for this unit, but were present and a big plus for our family.

Pensacola beach stay

Great communication with property manager! View was great of the gulf! Perfect 1.5 mile walk to the pier on land. Hot tub was nice bonus! We had 2 grown kids fold out couch in third room worked for us, but some might need more space.

Incredible location and view

This place is all about the location, view and condominium amenities. The walk to the beach is so convenient and the view is amazing. We enjoyed the hot tub on property, which was just the right temperature. As for the condo, the king bed is hard and noisy if you turnover. The kitchen doesn’t have many extras. I wish I would have remembered to bring toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, spices and some of the basics. The extra room with the couch was perfect for our pack and play and great for the baby. The host was super responsive.

Fantastic Stay in Pensacola Beach

We originally booked a stay at another condo in Pensacola, but our reservation was cancelled due to broken AC. And I am so glad that it was cancelled. The condo was spacious, updated and clean-perfect for our family of 2 adults and 3 small children. The views were incredible. Management was responsive to any questions and went above and beyond by readily mailing forgotten items to us post-stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Celebration of Life

Condo was beautiful, staff/property manager was great! Linens were very rough and not very comfortable. Couch beds were not comfortable and I would recommend a new mattress for them. I would also recommend starter packs of dish soap for the kitchen, tissues, and mini bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Maybe teaming up with some locals that make soap and things and have them available. Helping small businesses all while helping your visitors.

The condo was amazing. Very well equipped. The only disappointing thing was the pool was not heated and was too cold to use. Also the spa/ hot tub was not clean and there was scum all around it. For that reason we would not return. A heated pool is very important when yraveling with small children

Red, white, and blues week 2024

Property was just as described. Very easy check in process! Sam even let us check in an hour early, thankfully it was available. Rooms were the perfect size. The living and dining made it very easy for the entire family to congregate and enjoy. Kitchen is fully stocked which made cooking a breeze. Do remember to buy essential. like soap, paper towel, toilet paper. That is all listed in the description so we planned accordingly. Master bed was comparable to a Hampton inn type bed. Totally fine for us. Towels were comparable to super 8, again totally fine for us. Trolley stop out front and gopher cart taxi was a great way to get to the boardwalk. Great condo and would stay again! Thank you!

Pleased and disappointed

Listing says 3 bedroom but was really 2 bedroom with a tiny room with fold out. I wanted third bedroom. Disappointed with that. Also two of the chairs on deck were not functional….. webbing was broken and you couldn’t sit it in them. The condo was nice with these exceptions. The check in was awesome….personal attention!

What an amazing property !

My husband and I take our two toddlers to the beach often. Pensacola is by far, our favorite. This trip, we decided to invite the grandparents who are partial to Destin. They now love Pensacola! When we arrived at the property, we were greeted by staff and asked if we had any questions or help. Staff was friendly and parking was easy and accessible! No wait at the elevators like most beach condos. The room was clean, sheets clean, reasonable check out instructions, up to date appliances. The master bathroom is clean, open and the vanity space was amazing. Beach access is directly across the street, you can walk to peg leg Pete’s next door for a quick bite to eat or the gas station for quick things you might have forgotten! The pool on the property was large (3-5ft, perfect for the littles and their floats) and it is fenced in for safety. They loved the sprinkler in the pool. The balcony faces the beach and the back parking lot/front door opens to the bay. Near check out, we had cookies left and a thank you card. Very thoughtful. I will definitely consider this condo in the future. Master bed is a king, guest room up front is a queen with a full bath. The third room is very small almost like an office space but has a pull couch. The space was perfect for the boys pack and plays. Great area for kids and has a tv.

Great location to activities, shopping, restaurants and beach! Would definitely return to the same unit! Example of how responsive they are, toaster didn’t work replaced within an hour. Great customer service! Beautiful views, and condo!
